Our breakfast
Breakfast is a crucial moment of the day at Podere Le Serre: here, it is served with typical Maremma products such as milk and butter, along with a selection of teas. The jams and preserves are made with fruit from our own production, while the bread, of Tuscan tradition, comes from the village bakery. Additionally, you can enjoy homemade cookies and pastries, as well as delicious homemade pies.
If the weather permits, you can enjoy your breakfast outdoors, at the tables placed under the garden porch, while admiring the breathtaking panorama of the surrounding hills. Alternatively, you can sit in the main hall, characterized by exposed beam ceilings, traditional wooden tables, and a large fireplace that creates a cozy and rustic atmosphere.

Area hills
The Podere Le Serre is located in the municipality of Roccalbegna, a charming village in the province of Grosseto, characterized by a majestic fortress and bathed by the waters of the Albegna river. We are situated in the wonderful region of Maremma, between the sea and the mountains.
To the south, you can find the wide sandy beaches of Principina and Marina di Grosseto, as well as the fascinating cliffs of Argentario: the sea is easily accessible in just a 40-minute drive.
To the north, only 30 minutes away, stands the majestic Monte Amiata, with its height of 1738 meters, surrounded by spectacular forests and woods.
Just twenty kilometers away is Saturnia, famous worldwide for its beneficial thermal baths. The next valley after ours is Val d'Orcia, with its breathtaking landscapes and historic villages to visit.
